Published fares do not include taxes and fees of 12.5%. BVI trips also carry the British Virgin Islands entry and exit fees, paid in cash per person on the day — Dolphin confirms the current amounts when you book.
Passport
Any run into the British Virgin Islands (Jost Van Dyke, Tortola, Virgin Gorda and the resort islands) crosses an international border: every passenger needs a valid passport. St. Thomas ↔ St. John stays in the USVI, so no passport is needed.
